Official Sweepstakes Rules

I. Sweepstakes Period

The “HER VENUS Monthly Oura Ring Giveaway” (the “Sweepstakes”) runs each calendar month, beginning at 12:00 a.m. on the first day of the month and ending at 11:59 p.m. on the last day of that same month (Sponsor’s local time) (each a “Promotion Period”). Each Promotion Period is a separate Sweepstakes, and entries do not carry over to later months. The Sponsor’s computer is the official time-keeping device.

II. Sponsor

The Sweepstakes is sponsored by HER VENUS, a brand of [LEGAL ENTITY NAME], [BUSINESS MAILING ADDRESS].

III. Eligibility

Open only to legal residents of the forty-six (46) United States (excluding Hawaii, Alaska, Michigan, and Rhode Island) and the District of Columbia who are 18 years of age or older at the time of entry. Employees, officers, directors, and representatives of HER VENUS and its parent, subsidiaries, affiliates, and promotion agencies — and their immediate family and household members — are not eligible. Void where prohibited by law.

IV. How to Enter

No purchase is necessary to enter or win. You may enter by one of the following methods:

• Online: complete and submit the entry form above.
• Mail-in: on a 3" × 5" card, hand-print “HER VENUS Monthly Oura Ring Giveaway” along with your full name, address, city, state, ZIP code, email address, and date of birth, and mail it to the Sponsor address in Section II. Mail-in entries must be postmarked and received by the last day of the applicable Promotion Period.

Limit one (1) entry per person, per month, per email address, and per household, regardless of method. Bulk entries or multiple entries in a single envelope will be disqualified.

V. Prize

One (1) winner will receive one (1) Oura Ring (approximate retail value: $349). Odds of winning depend on the total number of eligible entries received.

VI. Winner Selection & Notification

The winner will be chosen in a random drawing from all eligible entries received during each Promotion Period, conducted within the first week of the following month by HER VENUS or its agents. The winner will be notified by email and must respond to claim the prize.

VII. General Conditions

If technical failure, fraud, or any other cause compromises the fairness or integrity of the Sweepstakes, the Sponsor may modify, suspend, or terminate it and select the winner from eligible entries received before the disruption. The Sponsor may disqualify anyone who tampers with the entry process or violates these rules.

VIII. Release & Limitation of Liability

By entering, you agree to release and hold harmless HER VENUS and its affiliates, officers, directors, employees, agents, and agencies (the “Released Parties”) from any liability for any loss, injury, or damage arising from participation or from acceptance or use of the prize. The Released Parties make no warranties, express or implied, regarding the prize.

IX. Disputes

To the fullest extent permitted by law, any dispute arising out of or relating to the Sweepstakes will be resolved individually, without class action, in the state or federal courts located in the State of Wyoming, governed by Wyoming law.

X. Privacy

Information you submit is handled under our Privacy Policy. By entering, you consent to the collection and use of your information as described there.

XI. Winner List

To request the winner’s name (available approximately two weeks after the end of a Promotion Period), email support@shegoestovenus.com or send a self-addressed, stamped envelope to the Sponsor address in Section II. Requests must be received within 30 days after the drawing date.

XII. Sponsor’s Right to Modify

HER VENUS reserves the right to modify, suspend, or terminate the Sweepstakes (or any part of it) at any time without prior notice in the event of force majeure or any circumstance that affects the integrity or operation of the Sweepstakes.
