Shipping Policy

Processing Time

All orders are processed within 2 business days of purchase. Orders placed on weekends or holidays will begin processing the next business day.

Shipping Time

Once processed, orders ship via standard shipping and typically arrive within 8–10 business days, depending on your location.

Estimated total delivery time: 10–12 business days from order date (2 days processing + 8–10 days shipping).

Shipping Rates

Shipping is free on your first order. On subsequent one-time orders, any applicable shipping cost is calculated and shown at checkout before you pay.

Shipping Destinations

We currently ship within the United States. We do not offer international shipping at this time.

Order Tracking

Once your order ships, you will receive a confirmation email with a tracking number. Please allow up to 24 hours for tracking information to update.

Subscription Shipments

If you’re subscribed, your next 30-day supply will automatically ship approximately every 30 days from your last order date, following the same processing and shipping timelines above. You can manage, skip, or pause upcoming shipments anytime through your account portal.

Because total delivery can take up to 12 business days, we recommend not skipping a shipment cycle unless you have at least a 2-week supply on hand, to avoid a gap before your next bottle arrives.

Delayed or Lost Packages

If your order hasn’t arrived within 12 business days of your order date, please contact us at support@shegoestovenus.com with your order number so we can investigate with the carrier.

Incorrect Shipping Address

Please double-check your shipping address at checkout. We are not responsible for orders delayed or lost due to an incorrect address provided by the customer, but we’re happy to help however we can — contact support@shegoestovenus.com as soon as possible if you notice an error.
